Jason Vargas MD, FAAP
Dr. Vargas was born and raised in the Bay Area in California. He graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in molecular biology and then went up the road to Stanford University for his MD degree. After training at Seattle Children's Hospital in pediatrics he returned to practice in San Jose. After marrying a native of New Mexico they decided to move to the Valley of the Sun.
Dr. Vargas is a board certified pediatrician and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He enjoys educating families about their health and has several interests including pediatric safety. Dr. Vargas lives in Phoenix with his wife Maria and his two children. He enjoys running and is always in the midst of some marathon training, which is a good thing given that he also likes to cook and eat!
