Sick Child Visits

Replace Me

Most minor illnesses and injuries can be managed by the biological parent. Many common illnesses and injuries are covered in our handouts and child care books. Please refer to them before calling the office. Prolonged illnesses and complicated questions require an appointment with a physician. It is understandable that you may develop a preference for a provider, and we will always try to schedule your appointments with that in mind. However, when it is not possible, we ask for your understanding and request that you make an appointment with one of the available providers.

Please make an appointment for each child that needs to be examined by a provider. If you do request for us to look at an additional child, not on the schedule, we will do our best to find the next available appointment and there may be a wait.

For your convenience, we have two separate waiting areas. Please use the sick area if your child, or any child with you, has symptoms of illness such as congestion, cough, diarrhea, earache, mattery eyes, fever, headache, infected skin, nausea, oozing sores, rashes, runny nose, stomach ache or vomiting.

Please sign in on the sick side and keep all children with you in that area until you are called by our medical staff.
