Cactus Children's Clinic possesses compassionate and experienced pediatricians, all committed to delivering exceptional care for your child and family. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, we offer two separate waiting rooms—one for well visits and one for sick visits. We emphasize preventive care through regular well child visits, where our dedicated pediatrician in Surprise carefully monitors your child’s health, development, and vaccination schedule. We encourage open communication during these visits and are here to address all your questions, supporting you every step of the way in your parenting journey.

Most minor illnesses and injuries can usually be managed by a parent, and many common concerns are covered in our handouts and child care books, so please refer to those before calling the office. For prolonged illnesses or complicated questions, a sick child visit with a pediatrician may be necessary. While we understand you may prefer a specific provider, we will do our best to accommodate this, but if unavailable, we ask for your understanding in scheduling with another provider. Please make separate appointments for each child needing to be examined, as adding an unscheduled child may result in a wait for the next available appointment. For your convenience, we have two waiting areas—if your child or any child with you shows symptoms such as fever, cough, congestion, nausea, vomiting, rashes, or other signs of illness, please use the sick waiting area, sign in there, and keep all children with you until called by our medical staff.
