While we accept many insurance plans, please contact your company to ensure our providers are on your specific plan. Every plan has its own specific benefits.
Unfortunately we will not be able to verify your benefits while you are in for your child's visit so please review your insurance coverage to see what type of visits, services, immunizations and if well checks are covered. This should be checked annually as benefits may change each year the policy is renewed.
Please bring your child's insurance card to all visits. All copays and balances are due at the time of the visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance plan, cannot verify coverage or if you are not insured you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of the service.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD YOUR NEWBORN TO YOUR POLICY WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM BIRTH.
