Please leave a brief description of what you would like to talk about. NON-URGENT calls and GENERAL questions will be answered after emergency and sick calls.
Remember that after hours triage services is for ill children only. Our answering service will not process requests for refills for medications, referrals, billing questions or cancellations for appointments.
For emergencies that are not life threatening, please contact our office before you seek medical treatment. After hours, please call our office number and speak to a nurse before you go to an emergency room.
| Please note the following suggestions when calling the office:
1) REMOVE YOUR CALLER ID by pressing *87, and leave your answering machine off when waiting for a return call. After the nurse has returned you call you can put your caller ID back on by pressing *77.
2) Have a pencil and paper ready to write down any instructions.
3) Have the name and telephone number of your pharmacy available. On weekend and weekday evenings please check with your pharmacy to be sure it is open before you call us.
