Thank you for choosing us as your Pediatrician.

We have designed our office to provide separate well and sick waiting areas. We know that you appreciate this consideration for the well being of your children and we appreciate your cooperation in using these areas appropriately. This will minimize exposing well babies and children to illness.

Please dispose of all food and drink items before entering the office. This is a health and safety regulation.

Sick Side

Please use this side if your child, or any child with you, has symptoms of illness such as CONGESTION, COUGH, DIARRHEA, EARACHE, MATTERY EYES, FEVER, HEADACHE, INFECTED SKIN, NAUSEA, OOZING SORES, RASHES, RUNNY NOSE, STOMACH ACHE, OR VOMITING.

PLEASE SIGN IN ON THE SICK SIDE AND SIT IN THE SICK AREA. KEEP ALL OF THE CHILDREN WITH YOU THERE UNTIL CALLED BY OUR MEDICAL STAFF.

Well Side

This area is for well children only. If your child is well and here for a well visit, has an injury, shot appointment or a re-check on ears with no other symptoms, please sign in on the well sheet and be seated on the well side with your children. IF THE CHILD WHO HAS THE WELL APPOINTMENT HAS BECOME ILL OR ANY OF THE CHILDREN WITH YOU ARE ILL, YOU SHOULD SIGN IN ON THE SICK SHEET AND ALL SIT ON THE SICK SIDE. We will try to do the well visit care in addition to the evaluation of the illness.
